TRAINING
Vocational training is crucial at Mansarat, providing our co-workers with the opportunity to better express their abilities and grow within our environment. Motivation and achievement are heightened by developing individual strengths and addressing areas with room for improvement.
An essential component of our vocational training is the Induction Training. This day is dedicated to discovering the company, its values, traditions, and excellence. It includes a series of calls and discussions offering an unforgettable journey from raw materials to the final product and showcasing the manufacturing processes that combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology.
Additionally, we offer personal training courses to enhance and develop the professional and personal skills of every Mansarat co-worker.
Product Knowledge Training spreads extensive knowledge of Mansarat products, their history, materials, and the most effective sales arguments.
RECRUITING
Our recruiting process primarily involves individual in-depth interviews to evaluate personal traits, motivation, technical and specialized skills, as well as management and relational abilities, depending on the position.
The first interview is conducted by the Human Resources Department, followed by an in-depth interview with those in charge of the specific position.
Having or pursuing a Master's degree or specialized education is highly valued in our recruitment process. Given our aim for greater internationalization, applicants who have studied or worked abroad and who speak one or more languages are preferred.
We look for qualities such as proactiveness, initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to take on more responsibility, including in an international context. These qualities are the common denominator in our search for both Junior and Senior profiles.
Key criteria for selecting applicants include evaluating their educational background, professional experience, English proficiency, and, most importantly, passion for our products. For senior applicants, experience in the luxury sector or in companies related to our fields of expertise is highly relevant and interesting.
